“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord” (Isaiah 54:17).
Depending on God to keep us and our loved ones safe from any kind of evil or violence gives us a supernatural source of protection the world doesn’t have. The Bible is full of joyful promises like these that God makes to His people.
