Welcome to Triumphant Radio App! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Triumphant Radio mobile application (the “App”) provided by Triumphantradio communications, 15 Oladipupo bateye Street, GRA Ikeja Lagos (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
Use of the App:
1.1. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
1.2. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with your use of the App. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Content:
2.1. The App provides access to streaming radio content. We do not own or control the content provided by third-party radio stations. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any content streamed through the App.
2.2. By using the App, you agree not to transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes upon the rights of others.
Intellectual Property:
3.1. All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by or licensed to Triumphantradio communications. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
3.2. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
Privacy:
4.1. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy governs our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
4.2. The App may use cookies and other tracking technologies to enhance your experience. By using the App, you consent to the use of such technologies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
5.1. The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.
5.2. We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, reliability, or legality of any content streamed through the App.
Limitation of Liability:
6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
6.2. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the App.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federa; Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Federal high Court of Nigeria.
Changes to Terms:
8.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
